CLASS FORMATS

VIRTUAL CLASSES OFFERING PRIVATE BOOKINGS + PUBLIC CLASSES

Virtually, join us in the dish kitchen for interactive cooking classes and entertaining experiences. The classes will run for approximately 1½ hours, where the Dish chef(s) will demonstrate techniques and cook through the recipes with you while offering suggestions for substitutions, quick fixes in case something goes wrong, and fun anecdotes along the way. The Dish moderator will ensure everything runs smoothly and field all guest questions.

Our Virtual menus feature readily available ingredients that can successfully be completed in the 1½ hour time frame. Dish will send out the recipes, grocery list and suggested tools before the beginning of the class. 

SKILLS (3 HOURS) CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE

In our adapted‘skills’ class the dish Chef will focus on one particular fundamental cooking technique or specific cooking method.  Our classes will now be run with a maximum capacity of 12 students with a minimum 2 person registration to ensure that social distancing guidelines are followed throughout the class.f

Cooking stations will be assigned to each registered pair for the duration of the class, adhering to social distancing guidelines. Cooking stations will have all of the necessary ingredients and tools required for the class. 

We have designed our classes so that all food can be taken home and enjoyed at a later time. Recipes will be provided to help demonstrate the skill and you will have the opportunity to try your hand at the technique with the Chefs’ guidance. Tastings and/or take home prepared food will be provided.

HANDS ON (3 HOURS)

Our most popular class format. Enjoy a welcome drink on us before exploring the recipes and techniques involved in your 4-course meal. Under the guidance of our chefs, you'll divide up into groups to prepare one of the recipes from the menu, while others in class work on other parts of the menu. And once all the cooking is complete, you'll sit down to enjoy the wonderful meal you created together.

OWN THE KITCHEN (3 HOURS)

Start your class with a welcome drink on us and then prepare to get cooking. With our skilled chefs there to guide the way, you'll get to try your hand at all 3 courses on the menu. And when all the work is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy.
