One of my favourite classes at dish is quickly approaching! Chef Louisa Neumann’s Girls Night Out with Julia Child class, on April 4th, will teach guests how to make soufflé and a mousse, steam fish in parchment paper and some fundamental knife skills. Chef Louisa is both a talented chef and knowledgeable authority on Julia Child and French cuisine.
