Online shop and cafe

Our Online store includes frozen prepared foods + essential pantry items. Dish cafe is open for order pickups + takeout Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm. We offer weekly Specials on Thursday + Friday. It must be ordered by 4pm on Wednesday for Thursday or Friday Pickup. Shop the rest of our store  Monday through Friday for same day pickup. 

We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.  

Refunds and exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, or for example a food item not listed in the ingredients, please contact us with details of the product and the defect, a receipt is also required.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will fully examine it and determine whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.

Cooking Classes

Payment in full required at the time of registration. Please bring your gift card to the class if this is your method of payment. It is client’s responsibility to be aware of the date and time of a class, a courtesy email may be sent to remind guests of an upcoming class, but we are not responsible if you do not receive the email.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for classes. A credit will be issued for a future class if we are provided with at least 48 hours class cancellation notice. No changes are allowed if the class is missed or less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given, however, we welcome you to send someone in your place. This is a strict policy, absolutely NO exceptions due to weather, illness, traffic etc.  Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you failed to show up to a concert, you cannot get a credit back from the concert venue, no matter the reason. Please think of our classes the same way!

If you fail to show up to a class, no credit is offered and there are no make up classes.

Dish reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice. We reserve the right to alter the the menu or change the instructor if necessary. For more info contact us here.
